this guys the Man!!! alot of the killer playing on the CD came from Dave aka Red and just off the top of his head.. the cat is music,,,,!!! I cant say enough about this guy!!! I met him back in the mid 70's, when he was playing in a friend's band,,, he was very good back then,,,, and left soon after that to the West Coast , and did some work as a TV writer on Happy Days,, Blossom and a few other,,( this guy is so humble,, it took him 6 months to start talking about is Hollywood days, I asked him for a bit of info for the last website,,,and he brings some pics and ariticles with him and BB King...and more, and more,, I was blown away,,,more by his humbleness as well as what he did for a while..,, when we was at Rain Desert last week or so ,were we did a first in a series of live CDs...,,,, the first time we played as a electric band LOL.. Red was telling us the time he was living at Stephen Stills place in Topanga Canyon and he opened the door to find Ringo there!!! LOL photos of him with Ron Howard,,, the Fonze.. eehhhhhhhh!!! and on his time off from that. he was up and down the Coast with his Band 'The Preachers' for playing everyplace out there,, with a great Cat on harp and vocals' named 'Smilin' Brian" whos doing a great version of 'the Preacher' in Ventura county in CA....
but enough about them here,, soon Ill get Red a link on the top on the page to all his links ect !!ASAP,,, and his Bday is tomorow!!!!.. ok later folks!!! thanks for reading it,,,
ps,, while Im onna roll here about Red,,, about 7 months ago,,,
no RI Band would touch a gig opening for Areath Franklin,,,, and the big Theatre here, the Provdience Preformng Arts Center ...Old Ken Lyons asked Red,,, and Red put togeather a band in a few weeks time.. and opened for Areatha..it was their first gig,, and last too,,,, but,, Areatha came up to him and said' Honey, your Good '...ok Im outta here.....later

Bruce, his birthday was August 9th. He told us at the Rain Desert. When are you coming down to play there again? That was a great little get together!
