Okay folks here is our latest and best yet contest! Dusty has been recording his latest CD and has given it the name "Exile on Big River"!
Now what this contest is for is we need a CD cover! We have decided to let the fine folks around here submit any original art or picture that best describes the title and Dusty and the Idlewild East crew will look at them all and choose the one we like best!
The winner will recieve a nice prize pack full of great goodies and also will get full credit in the CD insert and on the posters and such that we use the cover on. Please understand that once you submit to us an original picture art work or other kind of design it becomes property of Idlewild East.
So let the fun begin! Once you come up with an idea and get it together you can submit it to the media section here on the site, or email it to IdlewildEast@msn.com if the file is too big to submit. Please have the title of the email or the submission include the words "CD cover EOBR". Good luck to everyone who submits art here! We are sure looking forward to choosing a great cover!
If you have any questions at all please feel free to send me a Private Message here on the site and I will be glad to get you an answer!

How about a picture of a river nearby or something.... to represent the name with a picture. Like the allman brothers "eat a peach" there was a peach on the album, you know. With a picture of Dusty fishing on river rapids?...... I dunno, just trying to plan out some ideas.

Peace,
Mike

Get a 35mm camera. Burn the guitar, take a bunch of shots.. and have a ghost image of you and a few others from the songs. Like a hollogram. Heh.... that's the best I can think of.
