Greetings to all, I am listening to Joan Osborne "Man in the Long Black Coat". Somehow it reminds me of Dusty
I got to meet Joan and she is really a awesome woman!
Take care

I bought the Allman Brothers archive discs numbers 2 and 4. #2 is from SUNY in NY in 1971, one of the few shows with Duane playing Blue Sky live, outstanding...you can hear the song in its early stages, Duane and Dickey are great on this one.
#4 is from 5-01-73 when Chuck Leavell and Lamar Williams joined the band, just got this one so I'm gonna listen to it this weekend, sounds like a good one
These can be purchased at the HTW merch. page. |

I'll have to check that out. I used to read Relix all the time when it was all about the Dead, haven't read it lately though.
Right now I'm listening to David Allan Coe, a great show from '84 with Warren Haynes. The ultimate biker's song, "Panheads Forever" |

I'm no Angel... always liked but I remember when I would hear DDT and GA back at the motle working over some of the songs on acoustic but when I read Willie's book and heard how it was made......really amazing the work old Bud did on it... ____________________ Hittin' the Note with Dusty Sommers
