Just watched ''the Festival Express'' funny I didnet remember it being so violent!!! but I had backstage passes anyways....so I guess I missed all the was happening at the main gate,,, realy wish I saw more to the toronto show at the CNE and Delany and Bonnie,,, cause Duane was their the first day of it,, filling in for the guitar player....the rumor at the time was either George Harrison or Eric Clapton was playing with them,, but I walk around the stage and saw Duane,,,,and I asked him what he was doing here,,, ( I saw him a few days earlier in my living room of the communal house I was living in Boston...) and he said,,,'' well, Delany called me and asked me to play,,,"""" and'' I went ohh man..no Eric or George???? and he told me they were finishing up a recording.. which it turned out to be,," All things must Pass' then he said 'but , Im here...!!! and I said,,, Well, I see you all the time and we had a good laff about it!!!
ya gotta remember this guy was my friend....and he still is......................

So Dusty, you're telling me Duane was here in Toronto and I missed him?

Damn

I was only 15 at the time, but I should've gone

Right now I'm watching a dvd of the Allman Brothers Band at the House of Blues 5-01-95.

bought this yesterday and I watched the dvd last night. Bruce does around a half dozen songs from his new acoustic disc and talks about the song writing process. Nice bonus dvd that comes with the cd.
